  • 1 jar Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 fl oz of Cognac, brandy or bourbon
  • 2 tsp good quality French Dijon mustard
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Turkey, roasted

Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar with Italian Black Summer truffle, is the star of this luxurious side dish. Oozing with creamy flavours and served bubbling and golden brown from the oven, it makes a decadent accompaniment to steak, duck confit or your favoruite roasted meat.


  • 1. Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat to incorporate all ingredients. Remove from heat when everything is warm and starting to bubble. Set aside.
  • 2. Spoon over the turkey for the final 15 minutes of cooking – leave uncovered in oven for optimum browning.
