Give baked ham a temptingly sweet glaze with a sauce created with our Pear, Date & Cognac Chutney. Combined with brown sugar, Dijon mustard and a splash of cognac, brandy or bourbon, it gives a wonderful finishing touch to this classic dish.
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on the hob. Remove from heat when everything is warm and starting to bubble. Set aside.
- Spoon over the ham for the final 15 minutes of cooking. Leave uncovered for optimum browning.
