At the heart of this bountiful hamper is a double-size (400g) truckle of Black Bomber – creamy, deeply savoury and wrapped in wax as dark as Snowdonia’s night skies. It’s joined by four more favourites: Red Storm, our vintage Red Leicester; Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar; Beech Wood, our mellow cold-smoked Cheddar with aromas of crackling campfires; and our creamy, golden Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit Cheese Bake.
To complement the cheeses, we’ve also included our hand-stirred Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney, crunchy Wholemeal & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers and fiery Hot Honey with Scotch Bonnet chilli.
