Ingredients

200g Black Bomber
200g Bouncing Berry
200g Truffle Trove
4 mini all-butter croissants
A selection of fresh fruit, such as blood oranges, oranges kiwi, grapes, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, figs and melon
80g salami
Edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Cut the cheeses into a variety of wedges, slices and crumbles. Place them neatly across the board.
Slice the fresh fruit and distribute it across the board.
Place the croissants either whole or cut into slices in different areas of the board.
Fold the sliced meats into delicate ribbons or rosettes and place evenly around the board, nestled in between the fresh fruit and cheese.
Garnish with the edibles flowers, if desired.
