What is your cheese subscription?
Our cheese subscription delivers a curated selection of our cheeses straight to your door on a regular basis. We offer both a rolling subscription or a gifting subscription.
How much cheese will I receive?
Each box includes at least 600g of cheese plus accompaniments that we have carefully curated for you each month.
Will I receive the same cheeses every time?
We will include one unflavoured Cheddar each month, as it is so versatile and can be used in many recipes. We will also include a varied selection of other cheeses.
When will I receive the cheese?
Orders received before the first second Tuesday of the month will be delivered second Tuesday of the month. Orders received after this date will be delivered the following month.
How is the cheese packaged?
Our cheese is carefully packaged with a chill pack to stay fresh in transit.
How often will I receive my subscription?
You can choose from flexible delivery options - monthly, every two months or quarterly, depending on how frequently you want to receive your cheese.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no commitment for the rolling subscription. For the gift subscription you pay for 3 months.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging into your account. From here, you can update delivery dates, skip a box, change your address, or cancel.
Can I change how often I receive deliveries?
Yes. You can adjust your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, just update your delivery address in your account before the next processing date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel through your account.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Absolutely. You can pause or skip upcoming deliveries through your account before the processing date.
Can I buy a cheese subscription as a gift?
Yes, our cheese subscription makes an ideal gift for cheese lovers. Simply provide the recipients details and they will receive an email with a link to our secure subscription portal where they can redeem your gift.
Will the recipient be told the price?
No, no pricing information is included in gift deliveries.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, you’ll have the option to add a personalised gift message for the gift subscription.
Are the cheeses suitable for vegetarians?
Some of our cheeses are suitable for vegetarians, but not all. Full ingredient and allergen information is available online.
Can I request dairy‑free or vegan options?
At present, our subscription features dairy cheese only.
What allergens should I be aware of?
All products contain milk. Crackers contain gluten. Some cheeses may contain or come into contact with other allergens. Please check product details carefully.
