Turn your favourite crisps into an effortless centrepiece with these charcuterie crisps—layered with Rock Star and Red Storm, delicate cured meats and a drizzle of Hot Honey for a perfectly balanced bite. Carefully cut a cross shape from corner to corner into the front of your crisp packet and fold back to create an open bowl.
Crumble the Red Storm and Rock Star cheese, then set aside.
Sprinkle the crumbled cheeses evenly over the crisps inside the packet.
Layer over the charcuterie.
Scatter over the olives and cornichons to your liking.
Finish with a generous drizzle of hot honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy straight from the bag.
